Jumper with collar flap?

Hello all, i am wondering where i can find a sailors jumper with the collar flap? specifically the black (dress blues or nightwatch?) kind with stripes, i believe in the U.S Navy simply called "Jumper, Blue Dress"? i haven't a clue where to find a good one in my size, i see lots for sale on some sites but all likely too small for me, where would i find one in the UK outside of Portsmouth? I have found one company which sells lots of great Navy surplus clothes apart from the jumpers, internet trends from the last few years and the fact kids like them don't help.

I'll appreciate it if anyone knows where i can find one in the UK without having to go to Portsmouth or join the navy.

Thanks that is the sort of thing i'm looking for, it comes with the neckerchief too? and do they other ones and peacoats? i have bookmarked that store, it is a bit out of my price range compared to the ones i've been finding but a lot of those look beat up, that one looks neat but without the folds and it's from my countries navy, feels like i'm finally going to fufill my dream of dressing like a sailor this year.
