Hello!
I'm an italian law student, and I'm writing my thesis on marine casualties. Right now, I'm working on a brief paragraph about the impact of the Titanic on the international law, so I thought maybe you can help me.
If I'm not mistaken, there were 20 lifeboats on the Titanic (16 + 4 collapsibles), weren't they? Now, obviously the boats weren't enough for everybody aboard but I read somewhere that the Titanic was in compliance with regulations. Is that right? If so, where can I read those regulations? Can I find them online?
Thank you!
