Lightoller autobiography

Hi everyone,

I wanted to let you know that Lightoller's autobiography is on eBay right now for about $60.00 the item number is 499718816. This is not the hard cover but the paperback. That seems cheap but with Christmas comming I'm afraid it is still too rich for my blood.

Caveat emptor! I've never heard of a paperback edition. Could this be the few chapters that are included in the book edited by Jack Winacour and containing Beesley, Gracie. Bride and Lightoller's Titanic stories?

Hi Dave,

This is the complete book published by Bay Tree. This one has 256 pages and 36 chapters, it even has the dedication. I have this book but it is in bad shape. It was printed on better paper than the hard cover so it may last alittle longer. I usually read it on airplanes so the cover is loose. I would like to replace it with this one but my copy was not that much. It is now over $150.00. Also I can pinpoint this book being published sometime in the early 40's.
