You can get it from the British Titanic Society.
It was in their journal, Atlantic Daily Bulletin,
last year. Unfortunately- it is not online.

Now I wonder if anyone can tell me, where can I get hold of the full listing of the crew members that received the medals for saving those from the Titanic?
