Looking for Thomas Andrews photograph

I am searching for a rather obscure photograph for a paper I am researching. I found it quite some time ago while surfing the net; however I failed to note the URL and cannot locate it now.

It is a group portrait of several apprentices from Harland and Wolff. The young men in the front row are kneeling while the men of the back row are standing. One of the apprentices is the teenaged Thomas Andrews.

I would be most deeply grateful for any assistance in locating this photograph, either on the net or in a printed form.

The link no longer works due to the fact that the Ulster Titanic Society, changed it's name to the Belfast Titanic Society. I have looked in their gallery but do not see the photograph in question. You could however, try contacting the society through this link and perhaps they could assist you further:
