Included in Mrs Douglas' affidavit was a sketch of the table assignments with the names of the people who were seated at each of them. Does someone know where I can see this sketch? Any help will be appreciated. Sincerely,

I have once asked Mr Haas the same question. Although the actual wording of the American hearings survive, the exibits do not.

They were searched for in the various locations possible, but as yet there has been no successful result.

There may never be....
