Marble Columns

In the First Class Dining Salon on D-Deck, were the columns ever changed to marble along the dance floor. I have seen a photograph before but I don't know if it is the shadows across them or the light. Can someone verify this?

yes they were painted faux marble to help define the new dance floor in the twenties.
