Hi,
here is a card from my collection advertising her builders, and showing her leaving for her trials on September 17th, 1907. The image was likely taken from a series of photographs taken by Frank and Sons of Gateshead, one of which is reproduced above in Mr. Anderson's post #185. Others are in my recent posts. Very nice images in this thread!

Hi All,
regarding the above photo I posted of Mauretania on her initial trials in September 1907, the publisher was not Frank & Sons of Gateshead as speculated but J. Taylor, 31 Carrick Street, Byker, Newcastle.
