Model of Titanic

One of my mom's best friends had her great uncle help build the Titanic. Of course she is Irish and she said starting in about 2009 they are going to start and build a model ship in Belfast, for the 100th year anniversary of the sinking? And I really want to go and see it in 5 years. does anyone know if this is true?
