Here are more pictures of the Queen Mary 2 during her second sea trials which just ended about a few days ago.During these sea trials the QM2 did achive speeds of around 34 miles per hour. The pictures are on this website.

What are those blue things in/on the balconies on the superstructure above the lifeboats?

They look like very large powder-blue bin liners. Maybe the passsengers in the expensive rooms will be required to store their rubbish before landing and declaring it at Customs!!!!
