Most accurate film version?

A Night to Remember movie based on Walter Lord's book with the same name. The movie does have some fictional parts like the gates that prevented Third Class passengers to get out of their areas and the launching scene. But still, it's the most accurate film ever created.

The sets & the ship itself are much more accurate in James Cameron's film. I ean the ship doesn't even breaks on two in A Night to Remember... I love the film but you can't say it's the most accurate.

Of all the films made about the Titanic disaster, which is the most historically accurate?
The 1997 James Cameron movie was the most accurate depiction of how the Titanic actually sank with the knowledge that was available at the time. Over the next 15 years, Cameron made many more excursions to the wreck site, and continued to refine the model and simulation of how the ship sank, broke apart and ended up on the bottom in a huge debris field. In 2017 Cameron made a documentary in conjunction with National Geographic to address what he got right, and wrong, in making the film.

"Titanic: 20 years later with James Cameron"

I know. I forgot to add to my original post why 'it's the most accurate'. What I meant by that is the what those who had experienced themselves on that fateful night. That part is what I forgot to include and I didn't have 'edit' option of my original post. As for the 1997 blockbuster, I don't like the love story, but I do appreciate Cameron's efforts in making sets. However, I'm more leaned to both A Night to Remember book and the film in regards to historical accounts of the survivors.
