Most forward second class accommodation

Until recently I had assumed that all Second Class accommodation was at the far stern part of the ship, aft of the fourth funnel. However, on looking at BB's deck plans carefully, there seems to be a additional small area of second class cabins just under the First Class Dining Room and between the Saloon and Upper decks. This space is divided into 3 sections with the rearmost part being second class while the other two are third class accommodations.

Of course, this is looking at the longitudinal section of the ship but I cannot pinpoint that area in the horizontal sections. Does anyone know if this second class accommodation, somewhat far removed from rest of the class was any different?

Titanic Deckplans : E Deck

Many of the E-deck's first class cabins could be converted into second class cabins. Therefore, the extension of second class would depend on how forward was this conversion carried out.
