The paneling seen above, actucally comes from the first-class A La Carte Restuarant on Olympic's B-deck. I can see why the Olympic-class vessels were considered to be luxury hotels as the photo shows above.
There is also a large quantity of panelling of Olympic's first-class Lounge seen on A-deck and this has been fitted in a hotel called the White Swan Hotel, now pretty famous in the Titanic world. This was a good resource for Cameron when he was making his movie, and as you see in the movie, the movie set of lounge is virtually identical. Hope this information helps.
