Olympic Photograph - Info Request?

Hello Folks

Does anyone know anything about the attached photo?... who owns it, who took it or if the original negative still exists?

Do any other photos like this exist of the Cherub (pictures taken by passengers, with people in them, not the photos that are already well known?)
