at least post 1913 (solid row of lifeboats). I cannot tell if the dark line between the poop deck portholes and the stern knuckle is the gold stripe that was lowered to about this area in the 1920s. Later in the 1920s the crane heads were a darker color, I know...

Lajos,
As far as I am aware, Titanic's cranes would have been identical to those in the photo (except for the colour; Titanic's cranes were painted white).
