G greg robertson Member Jun 27, 2002 #6 2 photographs - one of olympic and one background of a horizon. Then using photoshop, delete the unwanted background around the Olympic picture and paste ontop of the horizon. Use photoshop brush tool for the effect of the lights and smoke.
