Hi Luke,
If you can get your hands on one of the Ship Magnificent brochures, from the late 1920s, you'll find a lot of interesting images in there: from the 'new' look cafe parisian, to the new B-deck suites, and the improved first class dining saloon.

Thank you for that link, WOW! I have been searching for a picture of the Cafe Parisian after its refit since reading the description of it in your book. It doesn't look as bad as I imagined.
Still looking forward to "Magic Stick" aswell.

Thanks. It does look different, doesn't it? Ray Lepien kindly let me use a picture of the cafe, which I sent off for inclusion in the book, but sadly it didn't make it into the final product.
