I'm asked from time to time about the content of the now-defunct "On Watch" website. I've also been sorting through some of the material I've pulled together over the years - there are were far too many images of places, objects and people connected with the deck officers to use in the Lowe bio.
I've started a blog to house this material - it's still very much in its early days, but I will be expanding it in time to include biographical articles and information on the mercantile marine of the period. I invite you to visit - information and comments always welcome!
