Photo of Rescued Passengers Identification

Hi! I recently found this rare photo of surviving passengers on some website and was wondering if you could identify any of the survivors, especially the little boy in front. I was thinking he could be Robert Spedden or possibly Meyer Moor? It looks a lot like Meyer from what I've seen of him. The caption beneath it just said, "some of the first passengers to be rescued from the Titanic." Any information about this lad's identity would be much appreciated! Thanks!

This is a well-known photo of surviving seamen surrounded by family, friends and bystanders on their return to Southampton. The boy might be related to one of them, but that's his only possible connection to the Titanic.
