You know Adam, it's a funny thing...when RAISE THE TITANIC was released in 1980, from the opening notes of the music as A LORD GRADE PRODUCTION came on the screen, I knew there had to be a soundtrack to this film because of the richness of the music but when I went to the store the next day to secure one, to my dismay, there was not one available so for years and years, knowing this, I kept up the search and hoped that maybe one day, one would appear, then one day a few months ago, I was in a place callled TOWER RECORDS in Paramus, New Jersey and was looking through the TITANIC section of thge soundtracks and low and behold, there it was, my 20 year quest to find this soundtrack had ended......Hell, I even spent my last 20 dollar bill to get it because I felt it was a fluke it was there and didn't want to miss it.
Some things are just meant to be and other things?..........Well I guess not but my point is simple, don't hold your breath looking for another TITANIC soundtrack to the movie anytime soon....your best bet is a 10th Anniversary CD which would contain the infamous "UNRELEASED tracks unavailable till now"
Other than that, I'd take a lesson from my lesson today and keep looking because ya just never know.
Regards, Bill
