Rare Cottam news reel footage moving picture

Dear all-

A few months ago, I bought a real cheesy Titanic gift-pack set. It came with a documentary and a hideous movie from the 1920s. The movie was so bad it was funny and the documentary was good but not great. One of those ones you can only stand to watch a couple times. The saving grace of the deal and what made it WELL worth the $5 I spent was watching the newreel footage on the documentary. If you know me, you know I can spot a wireless boy in any picture/news reel/whatever. Well, that "skill" came in handy when during the newsreel of a 2nd class passenger, in walked Thomas Cottam into the shot. He looked directly into the camera, turned to see what was going on behind him, and then looked back into the camera and walked away. A good 10-15 seconds of *moving* footage. I'm trying to find a way to make a quick time movie of it. It's a wonderful find, and I'd thought I'd share the news.
