Titanic rescue effort

HUNDREDS of thousands of pounds worth of memorabilia associated with the doomed ocean liner Titanic was saved after a disastrous flood at a Devizes auction room.

Comment: They are very fortunate to have saved the majority of the items. If they hadn't, it would have been utterly devastating to lose them forever.
