Restaurant Band Stand

Does anybody know if the bandstand in the Restaurant was ever used on the Titanic. I know that a trio of bandsmen played in the Reception Room outside of the Restaurant, but I was wondering if the ever utalized the bandstand inside. Thanks for your imput ahead of time.

Originally Olympic's restaurant had a band stand. This was in a slightly elevated recess at the aft wall. However in Olympic's later life, and on Titanic, there was no band stand.

Thanks for clearing that up for me. I discovered a descripton of the band stand in my copy of the Olympic/Titanic issue of Shipbuilder. Do you know why it was emliminated on the Titanic, and eventually on Olympic?
