Very excited to confirm the unveiling of Robert Hichens' headstone at Trinity Cemetery, Aberdeen on 19th December 1pm. Thanks to Simon Medhurst, Ian Burnett, Swiss Titanic Society, Aberdeen Wargraves and Council. Please share this invite. It would be lovely to see any more Titanic enthusiasts especially who live in Scotland as I appreciate it's short notice. BBC and other media will be covering the memorial and there is an article in the Atlantic Daily Bulletin

Memorial to 'jinxed' Titanic helmsman Robert Hichens unveiled in Aberdeen

Robert Hichens is buried in Aberdeen, where his body was found 28 years after surviving the disaster.
