Royal Navy unveils its £108m ‘war training’ room

THE Royal Navy has unveiled a new state-of-the-art warfare training centre at HMS Collingwood.

The £108m computer suite, which will prepare the next generation of sailors for war, was officially opened by former First Sea Lord Admiral Sir Jock Slater at the Fareham base yesterday.

Comment (Personal opinion): If this story is accurate, then this goes way beyond outrageous into the realm of "What The HELL were they thinking?"

Sending a warship into a combat zone with anything less then full magazines is as reckless as it is irresponsible. The men and women who put their lives on the line in the service of their country deserve better then this!
