Alrighty, I'm sorry Mike, you were right!

I've recently been able to watch the raw video, and it was from the perspective of an ROV going tor rescue that little green ROV. Sure enough, they went down into the Portside E-Deck Staircase leading to Third Class Section "G", and there was the ROV, still on the portside, pinned by a rusticle. What the ROV saw before getting pinned were the Cabins on the Portside side, looking aft.
