I can only help with a few as I do not have access to my files at the moment.

Captain Turner died on June 23, 1933
Lady Mackworth died on July 20, 1958
David Alfred Thomas died on July 3, 1918
Oliver P. Bernard died on April 15, 1939
Elizabeth Duckworth died in 1955

I will search for the others once I can go through the files. If any of the above information is incorrect, I apologize and will confirm once I can double check.
