Hi Darren,

Very nice photos! Thanks!

One question: who is the survivor sitting next to Mrs. Margaret O'Neill ?

Best regards,

Filipe

Filipe,

From what I can tell from the photograph
I believe the lady to be Madeleine Mellenger
Mann who, as you know, survived with her mother
Elizabeth.
Incidentally, they are in the process of being
interviewed for a 7C's record that was produced
with survivor voices on album....yes that vinyl
thing of old. There were two such offerings
and I have copies of both although I no longer
possess the technology to play them!

Best Regards

Brian, thanks for identifying Ms. Mann. I have always enjoyed collecting as many photographs as I can of the survivors. It just makes the story of the Titanic come alive. Its when you see these photographs that you really come to realize that the Titanic is so much more than just a story about a ship that sinks, its about people just like you and me who have emotions and feelings. When I am at an exhibit, its the photos of the passengers that interest me most. I especially like the photographs at the Ship of Dreams exhibit in Orlando and the great collection of photos that Phillip Gowan has displayed. Hopefully, I can get a few more added to the website soon. I have a great one of Ralph Wells and his two grandchildren but the photo is a little dark. Hopefully, it will show up. Also, I have one that Millvina Dean sent.

Darren, I agree when you say the photographs make the story of the Titanic come to life.

Nice to see them,
