Just read on a music website that American pop-punk band Taking Back Sunday will be naming a song Carpathia on their upcoming fourth full length LP entitled New Again. As one of my favourite bands, I'll keep an eye out and let you know whether there is any link with the ship or her story, or a mention of the ship being related to Titanic.
Lead singer Adam Lazzara has said the song has three part harmonies and a bass solo that's 'the meanest thing they've ever done'.
The album is scheduled for an early 2009 release after the 2006 album Louder Now.
