Third Class Music

I'm hosting a dinner party based on food served in the third class dining saloon, and have had no trouble finding recipes, but am struggling to find appropriate music to play. I've a few Irish pieces (fiddles and the like), but not enough for a whole evening, and I think it might be a bit too sterotypical. I know there was no band in third class, so there probably is no record of pieces played, so I wondered if anybody here could offer suggestions as to what music I should play? Specific pieces of music would be helpful if possible.
