Hello ET!
I thought I would share with you some of my work on the Olympic class.
As a brief explanation of my background in this kind of illustration work, I began drawing simple MS Paint drawings for a website specialising in historical paper figures for wargaming back in 2007.
One of the first things I drew was Titanic and her sisters. (You'll get a good laugh out of these):

In time, and to celebrate the 2012 anniversary of Titanic's foundering, I completed a far more detailed and accurate profile (Which can be downloaded in full here; RMS Titanic: Profile. (1912));

Well now, as a dedicated maritime illustrator, I have spent some good time in creating a series of profiles of the Olympics. It is my intention in posting these images here to create a discussion and look for feedback. If indeed you notice discrepancies or inaccuracies I will endeavour to fix what I can. :)

First off the mark is my rendition of Olympic on her maiden voyage! The drawing is about 6' long and, all up, took about 200 hours.

A little more detail about the bridge area. This is a slightly older screenshot and I have recently added the slight curvature to the bridge's front, as well as moving the edge of the Officer's Quarter's aft by about 9':

Hello Michael, Welcome to ET!

Also by coincidence, I came across your website a day or two beforehand and your artwork is brilliant! :)

Hi Harland!

That's a funny coincidence! Thanks very much for your kind words too, doing this kind of work can be labour-intensive but it is good fun learning new things in the process. :)

Here's a small graphic showing you the size. 1300mm (51') overall. (This isn't me btw :D)
