TITANIC Model in Wash DC

Jan 29, 2001

Just today a co-worker of mine, knowing of my interest in TITANIC, informed me of an NPR (National Public Radio) newsbrief which he had heard this afternoon. Disclosed was the displaying of an 18' TITANIC model in the D.C. area.

The NPR broadcaster was quick to note that it took the modeler three years longer than it took the builders ( H & W ) to complete the endeavor.

Can anyone shed furthur insight on this developement?

Is it Father Pierrone's 18' cut-a-way that made the trip to D.C. for a TITANIC exhibition?
