Its been released on PS4, has anyone tried it yet? The team told me a month ago that you can play without a VR headset but now on the PS store it saying its required. I know on some VR games in the past it says this but in reality you can play it without it. Was just wondering if anyone has tried yet

The other day was able to play it on PS4 for three hours. And all i got in that time was aft of the forecastle basically :p

As someone who has spent decades looking at this ship, i have to say its a whole other experience to see it in front of you and experience it.

The textures are pretty low in the PS4 version and it actually leads to the engines being white for some reason and there are a variety of in accuracy's as can be expected.

But the experience is something beyond words and i would defiantly give it a shot if you can.

One of the best uses of $20 out there:D

I have just recently gotten the Titanic apps in VR, like "Titanic VR" where you can explore the wreck (absolutely awesome), and the other excellent "Titanic: Honour & Glory" which is still in the works. (Both experiences are mind-blowingly good and if you're a Titanic buff might even by themselves justify to get a VR headset).

Hi Titanica.org

This is my first post here so let me introduce myself. I'm David the C.E.O of Immersive VR Education Ltd and we are currently building a VR game / experience that will allow you to experience the sinking and explore the shipwreck.

The shipwreck exploration section will be out shortly with the sinking section out later this year. Here is a short development video

Some images below. Happy to answer questions where I can.

So glad I found this! I have a very important question, M'lord
So spammals said you don't need a VR to play. This game costs $19.99 on the PlayStation 4 store. So do I need a PlayStation VR to play? Or can I post with a controller??
Thanks :)

Yep. I am saving up the $350 dollars needed. After that, my money will be saved for the $6000 computer to run it
