Titanic walkthrough

Hello

May someone already saw me on others Titanic boards, but as it is my first post here, I will present myself.

My name is Clement, and I'm working on a website where you can walk on the RMS Titanic decks via CG panoramic views. For the moment there is only 300 panoramic views, but at the end there would be about 2200.

There is information spots in the cabins with a passenger list and a link to the Encyclopedia titanica corresponding article.

Please note that the blue arrows on the plan don't work yet.

Keep up the good work. Your website is amazing, it brings back Titanic's interiors to life. It's gives you an idea what it would of been like to tour the liners decks. Keep it up.

I have no words...

I always love maps but have a hard time picturing interiors (one picture of a room simply does not do it for me). This... This is... beyond fantastic. I feel like I'm inside. And it is everything I wanted in the titanic. I hope you continue to keep it going! It is already amongst my favorite sites!

Well done! The walkthrough makes you feel as though, you are actually on board. The interiors are very detailed and it truly brings them back to life, almost 100 years later.

Keep it up!

hahaha! THIS IS ENJOYING!! ACTUALLY I GOT LOST INTO THE MAZE OF CORRIDORS! BUT WITH THE HELP OF THE DECK PLAN IN DISCOVERY, I KNEW WHERE I WAS.

I hope you unlock more areas Including the 2nd and third class areas as well as the Millionaire Suites and other rooms in midship area... And also the outside of boat deck, and promenade deck... :D I LOVE IT!

This was one of my absolute favourite Titanic related websites. I spent countless hours walking along the corridors and along the promenades, opening and closing doors, exploring the rooms an communal areas. The tasteful use of period orchestral music (as opposed to bombastic contemporary soundtracks used in other Titanic projects) was the cherry on the cake and really added to the atmosphere. It was a pure joy.

In was in my browser favourites and visited it regularly through the years. It was sad the day I clicked the link and found that it had been removed from the hosting website.

I imagine it's an incredibly time consuming task to put these things together online, but I'd encourage you to upload your walkthrough again for all to see. Maybe it could be done as a collaborative work, with users able to add rooms and areas to your already extensive project.

In any case, many thanks for the beautiful Titanic experience you gave us. Just needed to say. Keep well, if you read this.
