It's around on CD, as a search of Google shows. Look for Valse Septembre by Felix Godin.
Sheet music might be harder, but all sorts of old stuff is around.

I know it's on the Ghosts of the Abyss Soundtrack, but I don't know if it's the full piece or just a version edited to standard cd track time. I got on Zune and wound up having to buy the whole album to get the track "Darkness Darkness", but it was totally worth it.
