Water served in First Class or at dinners?

In my research for the dinners and menus aboard the Titanic, I have not found any references to water being served. Does anyone know if a water glass was part of the normal place setting or was water served only upon request? Thanks!

I don't have a direct answer to your question, but I recall reading within the past year that bottled water, Perrier I believe, was served on board. Welcome to the forums.

In his account of the voyage on the Titanic, the famous Irish photographer, cross-channel and First Class passenger Frank Browne mentions a bottle of mineral water on the dining table. The brand is Apollinaris, which is still available today. Title of the article is “At Sea on the Titanic” and it’s included in the book “Father Browne’s Titanic Album”.
