What were the rooms on the stern of britannic

the 1st time i had a proper look at the britannic i noticed there was a stern promenade, but what was in the building inside the promenade? i can never find anything about it, and also what was that small 4 window room next to the flag at the stern?

I found some large deckplans that are hardly readable and i found that when britannic was going to be a passenger liner the room under the stern promenade would have been the 2nd class lounge

sorry everyone it was either the 2nd or 3rd class smoke room i miss read the plans, also i would like to know what the room was as a hospital ship. and also what the small building with 4 windows was.
