When did Moody‘s siblings die?

Hello everyone,

I always had a huge interest in Officer Moody. I have read most of the available information there is on him and very noteworthy in his biographies has always been his close relationship with his siblings. I wonder, does anyone know in which year each of his siblings died? Is that publicly known? I haven’t found anything.

Thank you

James Paul Moody's three siblings were:
John Evelyn Moody: 6 Sep 1881 • Scarborough, Yorkshire, England - 28 Aug 1942 • Umvuma, Salisbury, Southern Rhodesia, South Africa.
Margaret Alice Moody: Abt. Feb 1883 • Scarborough, Yorkshire, England - Abt. Feb 1969 • Dover, Kent, England.
(She had married John Edward Wortley on 5 May 1904)
Christopher William Moody: 20 Jul 1885 • Scarborough, Yorkshire, England - 29 Apr 1962 • The Belvedere Nursing Home, Scarborough

Wow this is amazing! May I ask what the source is for these dates? This is the first time I am reading their exact birth dates and death date. Thank you very very much

Thank you, I’ve seen the message. I don’t have an account on my ancestry.com so I can’t see the family tree.
Is Margaret’s exact birthdate unconfirmed? Your post only says she was born about F
You should be able to see, but not alter, the tree without a membership. "About" ('Abt.' in the tree) means I only have the quarter of the year, as is entered in registers. The month given is the middle one of that particular quarter. The individual certificates are needed for exact dates, and they are from £11 each. Sometimes the info is on Ancestry, from other trees within the extended family group, and I gather it where I can. In this case, in the 1939 Register (a sort of 'quick' census as the war was coming) she has entered her birthday as 23rd February 1883.

I now had a look around the family tree, thank you for letting me know. So Margaret was born on 23rd of Feb.
those little information are always very exciting for me.
