The following is a list of the Officers aboard Titanic upon leaving Southampton. Also listed is their status and jobs, as well as whether they survived.

Captain Edward John Smith: Incharge of the safe navigation of the vessel. Overall in charge of all aspects of the ship. Was last seen walking to the bridge before the forward funnel collapsed. Perished in the sinking.

Chief Officer Henry Tingle Wilde: Was second in command. He was the Captains right hand man. Incharge of all of the officers. When Titanic was sinking was In Charge of over seeing the lifeboats being launched. Perished in sinking.

First Officer William McMaster Murdoch: Second in command. Senior Watch Officer. Murdoch was on watch when Titanic hit the iceberg. Was in charge of lowering the Starboard Side lifeboats. Perished in the sinking. Was last seen by Second Officer Lightoller starboard side attempting to free the last collapsible.

Second Officer Charles Herbert Lightoller: Third in command. Senior Watch Officer. Was in charge of lowering the Port Side Lifeboats. He swam to the over turned collapsible he was attempting to right. He along with 30 others straddled the lifeboat for over 2 hours. Survived the sinking and continued to work for White Star Line until WW1 when he gained a command in the Royal Navy.

Third Officer Herbert Pitman: Junior Watch Officer. In charge of loading passengers and cargo. Placed In Charge of Lifeboat Number 5 by First Officer Murdoch. Survived sinking. Continued with White Star Line until his eyes removed him from the deck department and he continued to work as a purser.

Fourth Officer Joesph Boxhall: Junior Watch Officer. Navigator. On watch when Titanic hit the iceberg. Placed in charge of Lifeboat Number 2 by Captain Smith. Survived the sinking. He also received a command in the Royal Navy. He was technical advisor to the movie "A Night to Remember".

Fifth Officer Harold Lowe: Junior Watch Officer. Placed in charge of Lifeboat 14 by Second Officer Lightoller. Attempted to go and look for survivors after Titanic sank. Lowe got a command in the Royal Navy and then retired from the sea.

Sixth Officer James Moody: Junior Watch Officer. On watch when Titanic struck the iceberg. Sixth Officer Moody was last seen with Murdoch attempting to free the last collapsibles.
