Whom did Trudy Bolt serve?

Hi everyone!

In Camerons Titanic movie there's a maid, called Trudy Bolt, who served the DeWitt Bukaters. After I saw it about a million times. I wondered if Trudy did exist... I found out she was really a maid on the ship. But, who did she served in reality???
