Would the Titanic still have hit the iceberg if she departed London instead of Southampton?

In the Family Guy episode Stewie and Brian's Excellent Adventure, the Titanic is inaccurately depicted leaving London at the start of her voyage instead of Southampton.

I was wondering, if the Titanic did depart London instead of Southampton, would she have been on the same ocean route that would eventually lead her to the iceberg?

The short version is that history does not reveal it's alternatives. Even if London had the facilities to handle the big transatlantic mail boats....(They didn't)….there's just no way of knowing how it would have played out.

All other things being equal, very probably yes. As long as she left Roche's Point in Cobh Harbor at 1:30 PM on April 11, 1912, it wouldn't matter what her previous stops were. She'd still be sailing the very same track.
