I was caught in the low lands of Upper New Jeresey during a rather sudden unexpected hurricane and many of those lowere areas flooded rather badly. The guy in front of me lowered his MG top down and began to take off across a rushing stream and then decided to stop. His car lowered and filled to the brim with the rushing water. There was no way to know that the water was so deep at first and the rushing water came quite quickly, so I instead of stopping continued my trip at the same speed and made it to the other side. That is what I would have based my decision and I would have killed everyone by doing so. Hope that was an okay answer. Maureen. [/QUOTE]
