Dr. Moraweck's estate

Courier-Journal (Louisville, Kentucky)

The will of Dr. Ernest Moraweck, a victim of the Titanic disaster, was probated here to-day in the County Court.

The estate is equally divided between his sister and brother, Mrs. Claudina Coldewey, of Tell City, Ind., and Alvin Moraweck, of New York City. The estate is valued at from $50,000 to $75,000.

Dr. Moraweck expressed in his will the desire that his body be cremated in the nearest crematory, but as Dr. Moraweck's body was not recovered that wish could not be carried out.

Alvin Moraweck, one of the beneficiaries of the will, has already arrived in Meade county to take charge of the farm left by Dr. Moraweck. It is valued at $40,000.

Charles J. Cronin, administrator of Dr. Moraweck's estate, who probated the will, said he could establish the proof of Dr. Moraweck's death by three survivors of the Titanic disaster.
