I, Edward Gifford Crosby, of the city of Milwaukee,
County of Milwaukee, and State of Wisconsin, being of
sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, publish
and declare this my last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking and making null and void all other last Wills
and Testaments by me made heretofore.
First: My will is, that all my just debts and
funeral expenses shall be paid out of my estate, as
soon after my decease as shall be found convenient.
Second: I give, devise and bequeath unto my wife,
Catherine Elizabeth (Halstead) Crosby, all the estate
and property of all kinds real, personal and mixed,
whatsoever and wherever situated, belonging to me at
the time of my death.
Third: I hereby appoint the said Catherine Elizabeth
(Halstead) Crosby, my wife, Executrix under this, my
Last Will and Testament, and I direct that no bonds
shall be required of her for the performance of her
duty as Executrix.
In Testimony Whereof, I have set my hand and seal to
this my Last Will and Testament, at Milwaukee,
