WASHINGTON, Aug. 22---The House Committee on Library favorablyreported to-day the Senate joint resolution to authorize the erectionof a drinking fountain in this city as a joint memorial to MajorArchibald W. Butt and Francis Millet, who were among the Titanicvictims.
