Mr. McGrady was the last victim to be recovered. Although he is victim #330, only 328 victims were recovered. According to Garry Shutlak of the Public Archives of Nova Scotia, two pages of the victim recovery ledger book were unused, a condition which led to the discrepancy in numbering
