Mrs. Shamaley, an El Paso resident 53 years died Tuesday morning in Hotel Dieu Hospital. She was the widow of Albert A. Shamaley, who was killed in an auto accident five months ago.
She was a member of St. Patrick's Cathedral. Mrs. Shamaley was born in Lebanon. She was a survivor of the ill-fated Titanic in 1912.
Rosary services will be at 8 p.m. Thursday in the Harding-Orr & McDaniel Funeral Chapel, Montana. Mrs. Shamaley is survived by her two daughters, Mrs. Michael Okies, El Paso, Mrs. Lloyd Burrows, Jr., Woodland Hills, Calif.; two sons, Lee J. Shamaley and John A. Shamaley, both of El Paso; a sister, Mrs. Sam Wakeem; a brother, Richard Hakim, both of El Paso, 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions can be made to a favorite charity, Jesuit High School or St. Charles Borromeo Seminary. Burial will be in Evergreen Mausoleum.
