Funeral services for Mrs. Amelia Isaac, 70, widow of I. A. Isaac, will be held at 11 A.M. Tuesday in the Mt. Olive Presbyterian Church with the Rev. James McKnight, interim pastor of the church, and the Rev. Gabriel L. Abdullah, minister at large, Presbyterian Church, U.S., officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Mrs. Isaac, of 2515 Dellwood Avenue, died Sunday morning at a local hospital following a brief illness. She was born in Lebanon and had lived in Jacksonville for 58 years. She was a member of the Mt. Olive Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Isaac was one of the survivors of the Titanic, which was sunk in 1912.
Survivors include two sons, Sheffield (Bo) Isaac and Fred Isaac, four daughters, Miss Sophie Isaac and Miss Margaret Isaac, Mrs. Victor Soud, and Mrs. John Kozak; two brothers, Louis Garrett and Isaac Garrett, all of this city, and seven grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Sheffield Norse, Sam Hazouri, Malcolm C. Norse, Philip Hazouri, Nider Hazouri, Charles Hazouri, J. A. Farah, and Merck Soud. Arrangements by Hardage and Sons Riverside Funeral Home, 517 Park St.
