Notice is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having claims or demands against the estate of John Montgomery Smart, late of F26 and F27, Produce-exchange, New York, United States of America, formerly of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, deceased (who died on the 15th day of April, 1912, and letters of administration (with will) to whose estate were granted by the Probate Division of the High Court of Justice at the Principal Registry, on the 9th day of December, 1916, to Samuel Peck, of Egypt House, 36 New Broad-street, London, E.C., the lawful attorney of Jeremiah Twomey, the sole executor of the said will), are hereby required to send the particulars of their claims or demands, in writing, to the undersigned, on or before the 16th day of April, 1917, after which date the said administrator will proceed to distribute the asserts of the deceased among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to claims and demands of which he shall have had notice; and will not be liable for the asserts of the deceased, or any part thereof, so distributed, to any person of whose claim or demand he shall not that have had notice. – Date the 12th day of March 1917.
