STEUBENVILLE, O., May 18.
The Circuit Court refused a new trial to Mele Osman, who is serving a life sentence in the Ohio penitentiary for the murder of Nora Dewick.
One hour later Mrs. Osman began suit for divorce.
Mrs. Dewick (sic) was shot.
